Popular Nigerian TikTok creator, Odesanmi Opeyemi, widely recognized as Oloba Salo, has sparked widespread concern and emotional reactions across social media after sharing a heart-wrenching video where he claimed to have been shot multiple times, leaving him unable to walk.

In the viral video, the content creator appeared visibly emotional as he recounted his ordeal, stating that he was shot three times and has been struggling to recover from the severe injuries. He further mentioned several notable figures, including Naira Marley, VeryDarkMan, and Seyi Tinubu, while passionately calling for justice and assistance.

The influencer expressed deep frustration over the incident, revealing that his once-active lifestyle and career have been drastically affected by the attack. He lamented that despite achieving success and owning a house in Lekki, he can no longer enjoy the life he worked hard for due to his health condition.

In his words, he said:

“They shot me three times. I can’t walk with my legs again. I’m not happy; I’m going through a lot. I bought a house in Lekki, but I can’t stay there. Everything I worked for is now meaningless because I’m in pain every day.”

According to reports, the shocking incident took place last year when Salo was attacked by unknown gunmen during a late-night drive. The assailants reportedly shot at his car multiple times before escaping, leaving him critically injured. Despite receiving medical treatment, Salo disclosed that his recovery has been slow and painful, and he has yet to regain full mobility in his legs.

The viral clip triggered an outpouring of sympathy and support from fans and fellow content creators who urged authorities to investigate the case and ensure justice is served. Many users described his situation as heartbreaking, especially given his previous reputation as one of the most energetic and comedic personalities on TikTok.

Salo’s video also reignited discussions about the rising cases of gun violence and insecurity across Nigeria. Some netizens called for greater protection of public figures, especially online influencers who often attract attention and envy due to their fame and perceived success.

As reactions continue to flood social media, supporters have taken to various platforms to express solidarity, offering prayers and encouragement for his recovery. Others have appealed to the government and security agencies to look into the incident and bring the perpetrators to justice.
