Omowunmi, the wife of the late Nigerian singer Mohbad, has embarked on a transformative journey by launching her first business more than a year after the tragic passing of her husband.
Omowunmi took to Instagram to reflect on the past year, sharing an emotional account of the challenges she has faced and overcome. In a heartfelt message, she described how stepping into the dual role of both Mom and Dad for their son, Liam, has been a life-changing experience. She detailed the struggles of finding her footing after her husbandβs untimely death while keeping her focus on building a bright future for her family.
Reflecting on her journey, Omowunmi revealed countless sleepless nights filled with doubt, but she credited the unwavering love and support from fans for giving her the strength to keep going.
Now, she channels that resilience into her new venture, introducing Couture Hair, a project she describes as a labour of love and passion.
The debut collection, The Liam Luxe, is named after her son and symbolizes the strength and hope they have built together as a family.
